Qualifications

• RVN registration and current RCVS status or eligibility.
• Strong clinical experience in small animal practice.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience or ambition to move into management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and support a team of veterinary nurses and nursing assistants.
• Mentor RVNs, student nurses and care assistants.
• Promote high standards of patient care, clinical excellence and animal welfare.
• Support surgical procedures, anaesthesia, inpatient care and clinical nursing.
• Encourage teamwork, effective communication and a positive workplace culture.
• Help improve nursing protocols and clinical processes.
• Identify training opportunities and support team development.
