The post combines clinical leadership with administrative responsibilities, maintaining hands-on clinical work while driving nursing standards and team development.

You don't need prior Head Nurse experience; senior RVNs ready to step up are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership grounding.
• Hospital experience beneficial.
• Willingness to lead and stay hands-on clinically.

• Lead nursing standards and day-to-day running of the nursing department.
