Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of production-grade Rust experience.
• Deep expertise in FFI and unsafe Rust, with safe boundary management.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous runtimes and multi-threaded environments.
• Proven ability to lead system design reviews and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance Rust systems powering AI data pipelines.
• Develop backend tooling for data annotation, validation, and quality control.
• Own reliability, performance, and safety across Rust codebases.
• Identify bottlenecks and edge cases; implement scalable fixes.
• Collaborate with data, research, and engineering teams to accelerate model training and evaluation.
