Job summary

Beechgrove Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to provide high-quality, clinically led care in a private 70-bed setting near Lanark.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medication and lead shifts, ensuring safe, person-centred practice while guiding the care team and maintaining accurate records. Progression to senior roles is supported.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds keen to develop within this environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care across shifts.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication.
• Lead shifts, support and guide the care team, ensure safe documentation.
• Maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing and ensure continuity of care.
