Qualifications

Deep, practical RF and mmWave design expertise with verification.
Experience leading engineers and shaping best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead RF and mmWave circuit, module and system designs from concept to production.
Own specification, simulation, build and verification.
Conduct system line-up, tolerance and yield analysis with manufacturability in mind.
Mentor and support engineers; collaborate with electronics, mechanical, PCB layout, production and test teams.
Run design reviews and manage technical risk; produce design documentation and release information.
