Leonardo UK Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead RF Engineer to drive the RF discipline for the Airborne AESA Radar (AAR) sector. You will lead the RF design team, shape strategy, and oversee development of the digital receiver for the Osprey 55 while contributing to the broader Osprey, Seaspray and Raven product lines.

The role involves full lifecycle work from concept to integration, verification and customer delivery, with hands-on lab activity.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related science.
• 5+ years in RF circuit design and analysis with microwave knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the RF design team and manage hardware requirements.
• Develop architectures and interfaces for RF systems.
• Produce design reviews materials and test plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate IPT activities.
• Develop and apply RF design, modelling and measurement techniques.
