Job summary

Butlin's in Skegness is seeking an experienced Chef to lead a section in a busy buffet kitchen, supporting the Junior Kitchen Manager and delivering high standards. You will work a 35-hour rota across five days in seven, including weekends, with opportunities for progression and apprenticeships; Level 3 Food Safety is desirable, and a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar level role in a volume environment is essential.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification is desirable and leadership experience is valued.
• You will be expected to drive standards and deliver high quality service in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Lead and develop the skills of the team in a buffet restaurant.
• Oversee daily operation in your own section and ensure efficiency and food safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation and adhere to health and safety regulations.
