Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Skegness is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our Buffet Team on a full-time, fixed-term contract. You’ll help maintain a fast-moving buffet, support the pot wash area, and assist with minor prep, while enjoying on-the-job training and a vibrant resort environment.

You’ll be on your feet most of the day in a busy kitchen, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. A friendly, 'get stuck in' attitude helps you fit in quickly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the flow of the buffet and keep a sparkling dining area for guests.
• Support the Pot Wash team by operating machinery and replenishing plates, cutlery and crockery.
• Run and replenish food on buffet lines and assist with minor culinary prep.
• Stand on your feet all day and keep the kitchen and buffet area clean and safe.
