Compass Homes is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker in Wolverhampton. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure placement plans are followed while supporting education.

You will build positive relationships with children, safeguarding them at all times, and engage with a range of young people, some requiring high levels of supervision. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce required.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare with young people.
• Valid manual driving licence required.
• Must be 22 years of age or above per Ofsted regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise staff, ensuring placement plans are followed and education is supported.
• Build positive relationships with children, meeting their needs and safeguarding at all times.
• Engage with a variety of children and young people, including those requiring high supervision.
• Provide guidance and support to residential workers and oversee policies and risk assessments.
