Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a brand-new 30-unit residential development in Hythe, Kent. You will drive the build programme, manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery from pre-commencement through to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a proven on-site track record, D&B contract experience, and a strong understanding of NHBC standards and Part L/Future Homes regulations. A driving licence is essential, with a competitive package on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential schemes from ground to occupation.
• Knowledge of D&B contracts, detailing and coordination.
• Strong focus on NHBC/premier guarantees and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: lead all day-to-day site operations from enabling works to client handover.
• Subcontractor & Labour Management: coordinate all trade contractors and site staff.
• Programme & Logistics: maintain look-ahead programs, coordinate deliveries, manage logistics.
• Health, Safety & Environment: act as Principal Contractor, ensure H&S compliance and RAMS.
• Quality & Commercial Control: perform QA inspections and manage variations with the QS.
