Job summary

• 8-12 years' experience within a residential developer or main contractor
• Strong experience on large-scale housing developments or multi-unit schemes
• Career progression from Assistant/Intermediate QS
• Excellent knowledge of JCT forms of contract

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of large residential schemes (200+ units)
• Cost planning, feasibility input, and budget control
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management
• Value engineering and cost optimisation across developments
• Liaising with internal teams including land, planning, technical, and production
