Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters.
• Handle conveyancing from instruction to completion efficiently and professionally.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to high net worth clients.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare accurate documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, agents and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Review and improve team processes, mentor staff, and support business development.
