Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead a brand-new learning disabilities care home in the Beccles area, Suffolk. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care within a PBS framework for individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, recruit and develop a skilled team, and strive for outstanding CQC outcomes while maintaining full occupancy. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience delivering PBS and person-centred care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the home's budget to meet financial targets and control costs.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a skilled care team providing person-centred care.
• Role model and ensure PBS approach is delivered by the whole staff team.
• Participate in growth and development of the care service.
• Ensure high-quality care while maintaining occupancy and meeting financial targets.
