Osborne Clarke in Reading or Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Plots team within Real Estate. You will manage a caseload of plot sales for leading housebuilders, handling title checks and a full range of conveyancing matters.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Plots Sales or Residential Property Conveyancer.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle plot conveyancing for new build sites.
• Perform title investigations and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Work within the Real Estate team to support development projects.
