Job summary

A respected law firm in Bristol seeks an experienced Conveyancing Executive to manage residential plot sales and wider conveyancing matters. Join a collaborative team working with national housebuilder clients while enjoying a hybrid working environment. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of residential conveyancing experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in CILEX or as a Chartered Legal Executive. Competitive salary up to £50,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage files with minimal supervision.
• Plot sales experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy and varied caseload of residential plot sales.
• Act for housebuilder clients on the sale of new build plots.
• Handle title investigations, enquiries, exchanges, and completions.
