Job summary

TSR Legal is opening a brand-new office in Abercynon and seeks a Residential Conveyancer to lead the department. With 6+ PQE, you will manage your own caseload and shape the new office’s growth.

You will act as the lead contact for the Abercynon site and drive development within the team. You will have ownership over the office’s success, work autonomously, and play a key role in shaping processes, client relationships and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Act as the lead point of contact for the Abercynon office.
• Develop and grow the residential conveyancing offering in the new office.
• Build relationships with clients, introducers and local contacts.
• Support recruitment and development of the team as the office expands.
• Help establish efficient processes and workflows in the new office.
• Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and file management.
• Collaborate with the wider firm and existing teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow the department and generate new business.
• Take genuine ownership of the success and development of the office.
