Beauchamp House, part of Care South, is seeking a Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN to join our team today. Lead the Nursing Unit, deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, and support our dedicated care teams.

You'll work alongside the management team to maintain care standards, act as the point of contact for residents' families and external healthcare contacts, and contribute to ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN.
• Experience leading clinical care and care planning.
• Ability to liaise with residents' families and external healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Nursing Unit and take responsibility for care planning and drug administration.
• Work with the management team to ensure quality care is delivered to residents.
