Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our first specialist solo children's home in Nottingham, supporting young people with complex and high-risk needs. You will drive exceptional care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance, lead through Ofsted registration and inspections, and build a capable team dedicated to improving outcomes for vulnerable children.

Qualifications

Experience managing or deputising within a children's residential home.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and Ofsted regulations.
Experience supporting children with complex or high-risk needs.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop an exceptional staff team.
Experience managing regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Confidence leading a home through Ofsted registration and inspections.
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities
