Zusammenfassung

Agincare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the Brook Street Learning Disability respite service in Bexley. You will drive high-quality, person-centred care and work closely with the Locality Manager to ensure safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

You will lead a staff team, oversee regulatory requirements, and maintain excellent standards of care for people living with learning disabilities in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Registered Manager or similar leadership role in adult social care.
• Experience in respite services for Learning Disabilities.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to drive quality improvements.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible approach to working hours and valid Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.

• Provide operational leadership to the Brook Street Learning Disability respite service in Bexley.
• Oversee quality, safety and compliance and maintain high standards of care.
• Lead and develop the staff team with clear direction and ongoing support.
• Manage safeguarding, incidents and complaints in partnership with the Locality Manager.
