Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the Brook Street Learning Disability respite service in Bexley. You will drive quality, safety and continuous improvement, ensuring person-centred care and a supportive environment for the people we support.

You will lead and develop a team, manage regulatory compliance with CQC, governance and safeguarding, and work with the Locality Manager to maintain high service standards and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a CQC-registered service with ongoing improvement focus.
• Strong leadership, people development and effective staff management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of safeguarding and incident management within adult social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brook Street Learning Disability respite service to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure CQC registration, safety, effectiveness and well-led practice across the service.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team.
• Oversee safeguarding, incidents and complaints, driving continuous improvement.
