Job summary
Milewood Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a service dedicated to delivering person-centred care within CQC standards. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and quality outcomes across residents and families, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Holds, or is working towards, a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
- Registered Manager experience preferred.
- Substantial management experience in residential or nursing services.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong, person-centred leadership to the staff team.
- Ensure high-quality care delivery in line with CQC standards.
- Complete audits, supervision and appraisals.
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, absence management and rota generation.
- Ensure MCA and DoLS compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
- Deliver positive outcomes against KPIs.
