PortmanDentex is seeking a Lead Receptionist for Hockerill Dental Practice in Bishop's Stortford. Join a welcoming reception team and lead the front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow and outstanding service across a 44-hour week.

Shifts are Monday-Thursday 7:30-17:30 and Friday 7:30-15:30, with an hourly rate of £13.50. The practice features a high-street location with free parking and a close-knit team delivering dental care for patients in Bishop's Stortford.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience.
• Front of house reception experience (dental/healthcare preferred).
• Positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
