Portman Dental Care is hiring a Receptionist for Hayes Dental Surgery in Bromley. The role involves front-of-house reception duties within a welcoming team, with responsibilities across patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth patient journey.

The ideal candidate will have reception experience (preferably in a dental/healthcare setting), a positive, empathetic attitude, and excellent communication skills to build strong relations with patients and staff.

Are you a Receptionist looking for a change? Or maybe you work in a similar role and are looking for a new challenge? If so, we’ve got a vacancy in our welcoming reception team at Hayes Dental Surgery in Bromley - read on to find out more.

• Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days
• Competitive hourly rate of £13ph
• Typical working days are Monday to Saturday, working every other Saturday, and until 7.30pm on Thursdays
• Convenient location with free on-street parking included
• Close-knit, established team, delivering dental care for the best patients in Bromley!

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
