Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a Receptionist for North Street Dental Practice in Lewes. Part-time 16 hours per week over two days, with typical shifts on Tuesday and Friday from 8am to 5pm. Competitive hourly rate of £12.71ph.

You will be the welcoming front of house, greeting patients, handling calls, and coordinating appointments. Hep B vaccination is required for some decontamination duties, with full training provided. PortmanDentex offers wellbeing and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have).
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients.
• Hep B vaccination as some decontamination duties will be required - full training for this will be provided.
