Job summary
TES is seeking an experienced Controller of Site Safety (COSS) to join our rail operations team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract, delivering safe track maintenance across the network from Colchester and surrounding areas.
The COSS will lead site teams, provide safety briefings, ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, and manage workforce activities while maintaining high safety performance. PTS and COSS competencies required.
Qualifications
- PTS and COSS competencies held and up to date.
- Experience leading safety-critical rail teams.
- Strong knowledge of Network Rail standards.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate resources and monitor safety compliance.
