Job summary

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering rail infrastructure projects and leading design teams.
• CRE on Network Rail projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop design team members.
• Oversee technical delivery from concept to completion.
• Champion SHE best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as key client contact and resolve technical challenges.
• Approve design deliverables and conduct interdisciplinary reviews.
• Prepare technical proposals and recommendations for clients.
