Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Band 6 Radiographer with strong NHS experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a team of radiographers and students.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiography team and oversee up to 15 radiographers.
• Mentor junior staff and students.
• Maintain QA testing records and ensure high standards.
• Comply with IRMER17 regulations during examinations.
• Participate in evenings and Saturdays rota.
• Collaborate with senior radiology leadership.
