Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Aerospace Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate evolving customer requirements.
• Drive the identification, planning, and definition of product development activities.
• Lead component integration and testing with customers/partners, including anomaly investigations.
• Create concise reports describing design decisions and analysis results.
• Lead customer engagement for new business opportunities, leveraging model-based design to develop technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth.
• Travel overseas occasionally as required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering

Master’s Degree preferred
