- Proficiency in Python and Rust.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing software developer tools team.
- Partner with directors and architects to execute milestones for compilers, runtimes, languages, and tooling.
- Stay technically engaged through design reviews and problem solving.
- Coordinate cross-discipline work with hardware, theory, and product teams.
- Guide tooling from research prototypes to robust enterprise software.
- Occasional travel to international sites (US/UK).
