Job summary

Rw Armstrong Group in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial success on prestigious high-end residential schemes. You will manage costs, contractor packages, and final accounts on projects valued at £5 million and above, ensuring quality and profitability across the build lifecycle.

You will work onsite with a professional team, applying traditional and modern building methods, and collaborating with clients and architects to deliver exceptional finishes on Britain's finest

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects valued at £5 million or more.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying required.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern building methods to drive quality on refurbishment and new-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial success of high-end residential construction projects from procurement through to final accounts.
• Control variations, ensuring changes are priced and reflected in client accounts.
• Oversee subcontractor packages and accounts, including re-measures and payment notices.
• Prepare and present monthly cost analyses, cash flow forecasts, and projected final accounts.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to protect margins.
• Ensure subcontractor and supplier orders are delivered within budget and final accounts meet client requirements.
