Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4).
• Demonstrated experience managing change and leading commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities, including cost control and budget management.
• Manage subcontract procurement and ongoing commercial performance.
• Oversee valuations, change management, and final accounts.
