An exciting opportunity is available for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Commercial Team and play a key role in shaping the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

This is more than a traditional quantity surveying position. You'll have the opportunity to lead complex projects, influence commercial strategy and help develop a talented team of professionals, while working across a diverse portfolio within the built environment.

As Lead Principal Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Provide senior commercial leadership across high-profile projects.
• Lead and influence commercial strategy and decision-making.

The candidate :

• You'll bring significant experience in cost, commercial and contract management, together with the ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders and support the development of others.
• Chartered status with RICS, CIOB or an equivalent professional body is desirable.
