Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Lead Principal Quantity Surveyor to join our client consultancy side in Birmingham. You will provide senior commercial leadership across high-profile projects, influence strategy, oversee cost and contract management, and mentor a growing team within a diverse built environment portfolio.

This permanent, full-time role requires proven client-side/consultancy experience, strong communication, and Chartered status desirable (RICS/CIOB).

Qualifications

• Experience in cost, commercial and contract management, with leadership ability.
• Chartered status with RICS, CIOB or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong technical and strategic leadership with excellent communication.

• Chartered status with RICS, CIOB or an equivalent professional body is desirable.
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with commercial leadership, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
