Job summary

Voleon is a technology-driven asset manager hiring a QTL to lead a team of trading supervisors across multiple systematic trading desks, spanning listed and OTC asset classes. You will build, manage, and mentor junior traders, owning project planning and backlog coordination within the team, and act as a key stakeholder to firm-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systematic trading operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Process-oriented approach with zero-tolerance for error.
• Strong Python programming background for production systems.
• Excellent communication and clear thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of junior traders to develop high-caliber contributors.
• Design processes and technology, and coordinate implementation.
• Develop market microstructure expertise across regions and asset classes.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on production trading operations.
