Lead Quality Inspector – Progression To Manager

£40,000 – £50,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30. Friday, 07:30 – 12:30

Have you worked to AS9100 standards? Are you looking for a new role within an industry leading engineering company that pride themselves on staff retention & development? Do you want a new senior role where you will manage a team and have a tailored training plan created to move into management?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a lead quality inspector to join the team at their state of the art facility near Poole. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining, managing and improving the company quality system. You will be a key decision maker within the business and will lead all audits, investigations and quality related projects. Working closely with the general manager this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on more responsibility and build their own team.
