Core Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of two major Central London projects. The role focuses on cost control, forecasting, and contractual compliance for cutting-edge building technology integrations.

You'll manage CVRs, payments, variations, and notices while coordinating with operations and external parties to ensure financial success from inception to completion.

Formación

• Proven experience in MEP/ELVS or specialist building services packages.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contract forms.
• Excellent commercial, analytical and forecasting skills.
• Track record delivering projects from a financial and contractual perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Manage CVRs, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare and submit applications for payment.
• Oversee variations, change control and final accounts.
• Issue and manage contractual notices including Early Warnings and Extension of Time claims.
• Monitor project expenditure against budgets and milestones.
• Work with operations to price and agree project variations.
• Produce monthly commercial reports and forecasts.
• Lead commercial review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide commercial advice and risk management to delivery teams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
