DR Newitt Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking an experienced QHSE & CDM Manager to lead safety, quality and environmental performance across major infrastructure programmes in a highly regulated environment.

Reporting to senior divisional leadership, you will shape assurance frameworks and drive continuous improvement across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Chartered IOSH member (CMIOSH) required.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of CDM 2015 and practical application.
• Experience leading QHSE across major infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead QHSE strategy and improvements across projects.
• Own CDM leadership and assurance for compliance.
• Embed safety across pre-construction to completion lifecycle.
• Drive audits, investigations and continuous improvement.
• Engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
