Job summary

EPM Scientific is supporting a leading life sciences manufacturing organisation in the search for a Quality Engineer with leadership responsibilities on the manufacturing floor. The role focuses on strengthening team performance and driving operational quality improvements.

You will act as Quality SME, managing daily deployment of the Quality Technician/Engineering team, guiding CAPA, and partnering with operations, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Proven ability to write and review technical reports and feedback.
• Experience implementing CAPA and risk management in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485, 21CFR820 or similar pharma regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Quality SME and deploy the Quality Technician/Engineering team for investigations and improvement actions.
• Author and review technical reports and coach on best practices.
• Provide skills and career guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain and maintenance to deliver compliant outcomes.
