JPMorganChase, within the Commercial & Investment Bank, seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive design, development, and delivery of trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable manner. You will be a core technical contributor delivering technology solutions across multiple areas in support of the firm’s objectives.

You will lead critical development efforts, review code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, reduce risk, and advance engineering

Qualificações

• Python SDET with significant experience and expertise.
• Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Cloud/API hosting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing and stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Proficiency in automation and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency and Security.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and IT systems in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging with non-routine approaches.
• Develops secure high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and teams to assess architecture and applicability.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote new technologies.
• Contributes to team culture with diversity, inclusion, and respect.
