Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted software development tools with validation practices.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, security, and resiliency in engineering workflows.
• Proficiency across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies including CI/CD and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peer code.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and ops.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted automation to improve value and automation.
• Identifies and automates recurring issues to improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and teams on architecture and applicability.
