Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Python programming language.
• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools with the ability to validate outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Knowledge of financial services IT and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation and value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and teams to test architectural designs and applicability.
