Job summary

Telestack seeks a Product Verification & Validation Test Engineer to lead validation tests for new product development and continuous improvement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, determine testing needs, and create detailed test plans and schedules.

Travel may be required to build relationships with customers, dealers and suppliers, while you provide data-driven insights from validation activities to engineering for design improvements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Mechatronics, Industrial or Electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in NPD with emphasis on validation and verification.
• Experience selecting and applying test equipment, systems and sensors.
• Knowledge of structural, hydraulic, electrical and controls systems.
• Experience with gauges and sensors including strain, pressure, temperature, flow, sound, vibration and analog.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional testing program within NPD Engineering for new and updated designs.
• Determine machine, component and system level testing requirements with product teams.
• Create and maintain test plans and schedules.
• Analyse data from validation activities and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Coordinate testing efforts across multi-functional teams and provide clear instructions.
