Job summary

Expert Employment is seeking a Test Engineer to develop, execute and report Validation and Verification (V&V) assessment tests for technology manufacturing resources, fabrication and assembly. The role requires hands-on involvement and strong organizational skills to keep project schedules on track.

You will contribute to V&V standards, evaluations and reporting across product testing programs, and help optimize test plans for coverage and risk reduction while applying robust statistical

• Hands-on experience with test and validation activities in technology manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules effectively.
• Ability to perform data analysis and interpret test results.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and improvement of V&V procedures and tests.
• Create, content, adopt and report test plans and programs.
• Assess and optimize test plans for coverage, efficiency and risk reduction.
• Design and tailor tests to improve effectiveness and detect potential issues.
• Execute experiments or supervise technicians in their execution.
