The Halcyon, a Greene King pub, is seeking an organised Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to run the day-to-day kitchen, lead a team and ensure the menu is consistently great.

You will plan rotas, manage stock and orders, uphold food safety standards and keep costs under control while delivering our popular pub favourites with quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen in a busy pub, restaurant or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to plan ahead.
• Experience managing stock, orders and deliveries.
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.
• Positive hands-on leader who supports the team.
