Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and drive the team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You will guide, train and motivate staff, manage service, and ensure standards of hygiene and safety throughout shifts.

You will need strong leadership, superb cooking skills, and the ability to maintain calm under pressure while delivering great customer experiences across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and developing a high performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Skilled in delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and follow allergen controls.
