Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Nurse Educator to join the medical education team. The post focuses on developing and delivering teaching for medical students to learn inpatient psychiatric care and to involve inpatient staff in teaching on wards.

You will lead undergraduate medical education, promote clinical academic approaches, support care pathways, and foster professional development across the team.

Formación

• Qualified to degree level.
• Registration with NMC.
• Three years' post-qualification clinical experience.
• Understanding of acute care and psychiatry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver medical education for inpatient psychiatry on wards.
• Bridge clinical placement areas to include care pathways in teaching.
• Support inpatient staff to teach medical students in clinical areas.
• Lead undergraduate medical education and maintain high standards.
• Promote use of lived experience in medical education.
• Ensure attendance at statutory training and CPD opportunities.
