Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of trades and coordinate property repair works across Staffordshire for a 6-month temporary contract. You will manage subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and maintain strong tenant relations to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires leadership, trade knowledge, a driving licence, and understanding of HHSRS to drive a cost-effective, compliant property maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of Trades.
• Property and/or construction knowledge.
• Driving licence.
• Knowledge of HHSRS.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of multi-trade specialists (plumbers, joiners, bricklayers).
• Managing property subcontractor works and schedules.
• Handling damp, mould, voids and responsive issues with tenants.
• Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to resolve disputes and maintain customer care.
• Coordinating and scheduling repair works for timely tenant issue resolution.
• Conducting regular property inspections to monitor work quality and health & safety.
