Role Overview

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a Leading Legal 500 law firm based in Birmingham, which is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their litigation team. The firm offers an exceptional platform for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor looking to advance their career in a respected Legal 500 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first‑class reputation.
Manage the caseload which includes, but is not limited to:
Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters).
Boundary disputes.
General property disputes.
TOLATA claims.
Professional negligence claims relating to property.
Commercial and general litigation support when required.
Work within a Legal 500‑ranked team with recognised leaders in the field.
Deliver high‑quality caseload and exposure to complex, rewarding work.
