Job summary

Roxel Group is looking for a Casting Technician in Larkhill, England. This role involves overseeing the safe and efficient casting of rocket motor charges, ensuring quality and timeliness while developing expertise in energetic materials.

The successful candidate will work with the Energetics Manufacturing Team and contribute to high-performance rocket motors. Must have a relevant degree and leadership experience. Offers a range of additional benefits including a Success Sharing Bonus Scheme.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSE's at Level 4 or above including Maths and English.
• Degree in science or engineering discipline, ideally Engineering or Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Lead production casting activities to safely achieve targets.
• Support monitoring of propellant to meet mechanical requirements.
• Improve manufacturing processes and standardization.
