Zusammenfassung

Bentley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a £40m wastewater infrastructure project within a long‑term Tier 1 capital delivery framework. You will have end‑to‑end accountability for safety, programme, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role leads a major WwTW upgrade and supports the wider framework, operating as a client‑facing leader who sets delivery standards, drives performance and coordinates across multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications.
• HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and Option A forms of contract.
• Programme management awareness and administration towards MSP or P6.
• Strong governance to manage change.
• Ability to manage risks and opportunities to deliver best results.
• Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

• Leading the safe planning and delivery of civils infrastructure.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
• Overseeing site activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure efficient delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Driving continuous improvement and promoting best practice across the project team.
